During a group lesson circuit, you first follow a joint warm-up, after which you do twenty different exercises throughout the room. You do this round twice, so you will have done 40 exercises at the end of the lesson. Different muscle groups are worked alternately during a circuit, giving you a full-body workout without acidifying too quickly. There are also exercises that focus more on improving your fitness and endurance. The lesson is supported by music. A towel is required for this lesson.
