What is Krav Maga?

Krav Maga is a self-defense system that is quick to learn and focuses on practical techniques for emergency situations.

Topic

In the Krav Maga course you will learn to respond to a wide range of attacks with efficient counter-attacks. This integrates techniques from various martial arts such as boxing, judo, wing chun, jiu-jitsu and muay Thai. This form of self-defense encourages you to avoid confrontations, but also teaches you to act quickly and effectively when this is not possible. Safety comes first, which is why the techniques are carefully practiced and performed under good supervision. 

The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.
