During the steps lessons, a swinging choreography is built up to the rhythm of the music. Steps places great demands on your leg and gluteal muscles and increases your cardiovascular endurance. If you like moving to music and especially challenging combinations of different steps, then this group lesson is definitely for you. Steps can be practiced by anyone and it becomes more fun as you master the steps.
