Yoga & Core is a dynamic group class that combines a vigorous yoga session with a core workout. Ideal for those who want to work on flexibility, stability, and muscle strength in one complete workout. The class begins with energetic yoga, focusing on strength, balance, and mobility. This is followed by a core workout set to strong, up-tempo music, where we
Strengthens the abdominal, back, and hip muscles. The class ends with gentle yoga stretches and a relaxing closing.
The Core (ClubJoy) workout is a fixed routine and can also be found in other combinations on the schedule (Booty&Core, Hiit Core, Core)
