Ju Jitsu


In this course you are introduced with the basic principles of Jiu-Jitsu. Jiu-Jitsu consists of three main parts, namely hitting and kicking, clasping and break techniques, and throwing. The training is varied and covers a large part of combat techniques. At the end of the course you are familiar with a number of basic actions and you have an impression of what this sport is all about. Ju-Jitsu is quite similar to self-defense in practice. That is why the lessons focus partly on defending yourself on the street. Most of the times there are as many women as men participating in this course, thus the lessons are suitable for everyone.

G.S.B.V. de Mattekloppers

With us you can train 2 budo-sports: Judo and Ju Jitsu. In addition, we offer training in the Russian martial art Systema. Apart from the regular training sessions there are also lots of social festivities, including having drinks, parties, and free martial arts workshops. We hope to welcome you on the Dojo-mat some day!
