Workout ACLO


During the workout we will work on  stamina, power and stretch training to stimulate all muscle groups.  This is done in a creative dance way to work on your fysical condition. On contemporary music we will train in an energetic and motivating way on all these elements.

The training is given at Lucia Marthas!

Attention! During the autumn holiday, Christmas holiday, spring holiday and May holiday, Lucias Marthas will be closed and the course will not take place.
