During this beginners course you will learn the three major compound lifts: the squat, the deadlift, and the bench press. This course is aimed at fitness beginners and will focus on technique and execution. The first week will include the squat, the second week the deadlift, and the third week the bench press. During the last two weeks there is the opportunity to ask personal questions, and to focus on points that are difficult for you.
