Jumping Fitness


The ACLO will be offering a new sport from May 2018 onwards: Jumping Fitness!

Jumping Fitness is a fitness workout where you do several jumping exercises on a small trampoline. You use more than 400 muscles during a Jumping Fitness workout – more than in any other endurance sport – and you burn a lot of calories! Because the surface is resilient, this workout is less stressful for your joints than if you train on a solid surface. It is a great workout for your legs, butt and abs. Additionally, the dynamic exercises will improve your endurance, physical balance and help to prevent backproblems.

Jumping Fitness will be given in ACLO Station at the following moments:
Monday 18.30 – 19.30 by unknown (instead of Boost) from 4th of June
Wednesday 19.30 – 20.30 by Floor Buikema (instead of Bodyfit)
Thursday 15.30 – 16.30 by Floor Buikema (instead of Bodyfit)
Thursday 20.30 – 21.30 by Floor Buikema (instead of Bodyfit) from 17th of May


Make sure to be on time with enrolling via MyACLO. We expect the lessons to fill up very soon!
