Course
Salsa is a dance sport that is gaining popularity under students. The Spanish word ‘salsa’, that literally means sauce, is an in Latin America often used name for a spicy tomato sauce, and is in this way a very suitable name for this dance, which originates from the Caribbean and is a mixture of the Latin-dances from south America and the rhythmical African dances. In this course you get acquainted with the principles of salsa and you learn some basic figures. You don’t need special footwear or clothes, some enthusiasm and fun in dancing is enough. The program of the course is such that it is easy to keep on dancing with The Blue Toes after you have finished it.
SSV The Blue Toes
SSV The Blue Toes is a ballroom and latin dancing club founded in 1998. There are weekly lessons, but also dancing evenings and special dancing activities where you can practise your dancing and meet other members of the club. You’re welcome, whether you’ve never danced before, or already have some experience. You can start at any level that suits you.
